Longevity Strategy

Stand Ready.
Don’t Stand Still.

The in-home practice that rebuilds a man’s
ability to move and his belief that he still can.

No gym. No guessing. Just you, standing ready again.

When Your Body
Feels Different,
Life Feels Different.

None of that is weakness. It’s information. And it’s exactly where we start.

0.1 // Who This Is For
Retired man at desk

For The Man
Who’s Already
Retired

You’ve earned the right to move through your days without calculating every risk first. That’s what we rebuild.

For The Man
Who Sees It
Coming

You still have time to decide what happens next. Most men wait until they don’t.

For The Man Who
Needs A
Standard

This isn’t about the body yet. It’s about someone who won’t let you quit on yourself.

0.2 // Why We Are Different How We Work

Physical

So you can stand
on your own.

Purpose

So you remember
why you’re still here.

Mental

So fear doesn’t make
the decision for you.

Nutrition

So your body has what
it needs to rebuild.

0.3 // Our Success Stories

Eighty-Six
Years Old

“He Couldn’t Get Up From the Chair. Now He Opens His Own Curtains.” A client in his mid-eighties came to Stand Ready unable to get himself out of a chair without help. Today, the first thing he does every morning is walk to the window and open his own curtains — no assistance, no waiting on anyone else to start his day for him. It’s a small motion. It’s also the whole point.

The Client
Who Needed
A Standard

“He Had No Direction and No Self-Esteem Left. Now He Has a Social Life and Real Goals.” A much younger client came to Stand Ready after years of smoking weed with no sense of purpose and no self-esteem in front of him…

Newly
Retired

“He’d Just Retired and Didn’t Know What Came Next. Now He Has a Structure That Makes Him Feel Safe.” Retirement gave one client all the time in the world and none of the structure that used to organize his days…

The Legacy You’re Actually Building.

Standing up on your own isn’t just about you. It’s about the birthday you get to spend on the floor with your grandkids. The walk to the mailbox you don’t need help with. The trip you don’t have to cancel.

Physical autonomy is the quietest gift you can leave the people who love you. We help you keep it.

That’s where I learned physical autonomy is the greatest asset any of us have.

Thirteen years in the Marine Corps sharpened it. The years after tested it: severe injuries, mental health battles, and a medical system that didn’t have answers. Getting through all of it taught me to put my health first so I can show up for my two daughters and everyone else counting on me.

I don’t coach through apps or trends. I come to your home and rebuild the fundamentals: movement, non-toxic fueling, mental resilience, and real human connection. Strong, mobile, confident, for the long run.

If You’re Reading This For Your Father Good.
That’s Exactly What We’d Do, Too.

Most men won’t ask for help until it’s late. If you see it coming for your father, uncle, or father-in-law before he does, you already know something he’s not saying out loud.

We work with him at his pace, in his home, on his terms — so he keeps his independence and you keep your peace of mind.

0.8 // FAQ

The questions you
haven’t said out
loud yet.

Is it too late for me to start? −

Never. The human body is remarkably adaptable at every stage of life. Stand Ready isn’t about extreme workouts—it’s about restoring fundamental movement, strength, and confidence so you can keep participating in your own life and stay connected to the people who matter most. We meet you exactly where you are today.

What if I get hurt?+

Protecting your body and joint health is our highest priority. Before we ever add weight or intensity, we conduct a private movement assessment to evaluate balance, posture, and mechanics. Every session is tailored specifically to build strength around your joint integrity, keeping you safe and moving with confidence.

What if I have tried a trainer before and it did not work?+

Most personal trainers focus on counting reps and pushing short-term gym workouts. At Stand Ready, we build a 360-degree longevity ecosystem around your daily life—focusing on physical autonomy, recovery, and mental resilience right in the comfort and privacy of your home.

How much does it cost?+

Stand Ready operates on a flat-rate monthly lifestyle retainer ($2,500/month). This covers all bespoke in-home sessions, customized travel and remote programming, and continuous 360-degree support across physical readiness, fueling, and recovery.

Is it covered by insurance?+

No. Stand Ready is an ultra-premium, private concierge performance and longevity service, not a medical clinic or traditional physical therapy practice billing standard health insurance.

What happens during the first visit?+

Your first visit is a Private Healthspan & Movement Assessment. We sit down to review your health history and daily routines, followed by a gentle evaluation of your mobility, posture, balance, and movement patterns. There are no aggressive workouts—just a clear roadmap to keep you moving safely.

How often will I train?+

Training frequency is customized based on your goals, baseline, and schedule. Most clients train 2 to 3 times per week in person, supplemented by personalized movement and recovery protocols you can follow on days between sessions or while traveling.

Do I need equipment at home?+

Not at all—we bring all necessary, specialized equipment directly to your doorstep. All you need is an open, clear space in your living room, office, or patio. You don’t need a dedicated home gym or a perfect setup; during your initial assessment, we will evaluate your space together and select the most comfortable, safe spot to train.

What if I have just finished physical therapy?+

We bridge the gap between clinical physical therapy and long-term functional strength so you don’t lose your progress. Physical therapy gets you out of acute pain, but Stand Ready builds the real-world strength and stability needed to keep you moving safely. With your permission, we will also collaborate directly with your doctors or physical therapists to align your training with their care plan and ensure you receive the highest level of service.

Can you help with balance, mobility, and fall prevention?+

Absolutely—this is one of our primary core pillars. We focus heavily on stabilizing balance mechanics, ankle and hip mobility, and core strength so you can stand firmly on your own, navigate stairs effortlessly, and move through daily life without fear.
